On today’s episode of Share & Let’s Live! I begin unpacking a new concept that I’ve been addressing this month. The idea actually came to me during a recording a few days ago.
I was sharing about how I recognize that in order to shift my life, I need to shift my “beliefs, affirmations, and expectations.” I found it hilarious that it happened to come out in that order, forming the acronym B.A.E.
Ever since, I’ve been really intentional about noticing how these three things are influencing the moments and meanings in my life.
Today, on the podcast, I shared a bit more on B.A.E. and began to show how I am using this concept to shift some experiences in my life. This has been the underlying them of this month’s podcast series. I mention it on a few (if not all) the episodes.
A really cool thing that I decided today is that I’m going to be creating BAE merch! I love to have practical ways to keep new practices in front of me. So I will be designing some items (coffee mugs, travel mugs, tees possibly, etc.) displaying various phrases like, “BAE is running my life.” The mugs in particular will be customizable, allowing you to write your own new belief, affirmation, and expectation and it will be printed directly on your mug!
This will be a fun project as I haven’t designed new products in a while. I’ll be working on these this week.
Anywho, that’s all for now. Check out the episode (above or below). It’s really good. I think you’ll learn (and laugh) a lot.

I’m not even gonna lie to you… this is a long story, with lots of details, but if you hang in there you’ll get to see the cool way it all comes together. It’s not boring. I’m sharing the “adventures” of my day and how a series of isolated decisions turned out to all have a collective purpose.

It was a cool discovery in an uncomfortable situation…. that I handled so differently because of how I started my day. Oh… just listen to the story. LOL! I think you’ll get the message.
