Take Your Time with Your BAE

Press play to listen to today’s podcast. FYI I cuss so wait ’til the kids and elders aren’t around. Blessings!

While shifting your B.A.E. (Beliefs Affirmations Expectations) be gentle with yourself. Many things we have lived our whole lives believing are no longer true for us. That’s a big shift and it might be emotional and jarring. Give yourself time to process and be kind to yourself as you transition into your truth.

If you’re transitioning from your old BAE to your new BAE, you may need to give yourself grace as you shift. I realized that today. And I share it on today’s podcast.

Give it a listen (above or below).
