I don’t normally share things like this… well, every once in a while.
As much as I am all about vulnerability here, there are a few things I keep close to the chest. Well, today, I’m sharing one those because I feel it has value.
I’m going to ask that you listen to the podcast first, then come back and read the rest. Can you do that for me, please?
Okay, here’s today’s podcast.

Okay, so a few things came out on today’s podcast. One was about these issues I’ve been having with my back. I want to share the resource for that. Let me see if I can find it….
Found it! Okay, so the article is called, “Say Goodbye to Tech Neck.” You can find it here. I’m just sharing this for information purposes. Always consult a physician before trying anything new. I just want you to see the image I referred to in today’s podcast.
Another thing I mentioned in today’s podcast was my journal entry. I’m realizing now that I don’t have to really share it, since I read it on the podcast. But I think I might’ve said I would, so to honor my word, here it is.
Oh… almost forgot. Check out my Podcast page if you want to find other posts on inner child work. One of these days, I’ll need to circle back and add a few more episodes to that category.
Okay, that’s enough vulnerability for today. 😂
I hope you gained from today’s podcast.
Blessings!
