Shame Cleanliness & ADHD

One gift of this season of burnout is that IDGAF. I’m sharing all kinds of stuff I would have never shared in the past.

My painting in the background will soon be available in my online gallery.

FYI I cuss so wait ’til the kids and elders aren’t around. Press play to listen to today’s podcast. Blessings!

I honestly believe that I’m here to be a truth teller, someone who says what others won’t.

Someone has to be willing to stand naked allowing others to gain from the observation of their anatomy. Today, I am doing just that. The most humiliating thing happened to me this morning. And on today’s podcast I’m sharing my shame story.

So brace yourself for the second-hand embarrassment, and press play.

Blessings,
