Grace & Incentives

On today’s podcast I share about some of my challenges with ADHD. Sound quality could be better, but I’m giving myself grace because I did show up and worked through an uncomfortable moment right on the podcast.

Meme Image of a driver's view of raindrops on the windshield while driving. Text states: “We’re too
hard on ourselves.
In any given moment,
we are doing our best. And ‘best’ fluctuates
given our priorities, challenges, and energy. So let’s be kinder to ourselves.”

FYI I cuss so wait ’til the kids and elders aren’t around. Press play to listen to today’s podcast. Blessings!

I also share about keeping a cool commitment I made to myself—an incentive I promised I’d do if I was courageous enough to try something challenging.

This episode is a great one for getting to know me a little better AND if you/someone you know struggles with ADHD/neurodivergent challenges, you may relate/get a better understanding of what it’s like.

The episode is light so don’t worry I’m not having an episode that would be uncomfortable to listen to at all. Just me being me, storytelling, and sharing. Check it out.

Blessings!
