My Most Empowering Podcast Ever

Today I was fresh from overcoming a tough situation and took the time to stop and acknowledge that I got through it.

Meme: Image of a mother and daughter. Little girl is wearing a big smile and yellow sweater, standing with her back against the wall. Mother has a pencil above her head and a small notebook (to keep her line straight) marking the girl's height on the wall. Text states: “You may not see all
your progress, but you’ve grown. You’re handling & processing things so differently. You’re setting boundaries. You’re prioritizing your mental health. You’re holding yourself accountable. Celebrate your growth.”

    1. Bless you Diana. Thank you so much for commenting! I just feel like being honest and vulnerable is a gift both ways. For you, the listener, I am more relatable, and my thought behind it is to help people feel less alone. And on my end it’s very freeing to just be honest and not continue to wear a mask as if everything’s okay when it’s not always okay.
