Some of us put a ridiculous amount of pressure on ourselves. Some of us continued the coaching we received from parents, caregivers, etc. (good or bad) so we’re constantly pushing ourselves to do more, be more, have more, and to do it all perfectly. No wonder so many of us are in (or on the way to) burnout, or are fully functional but have no idea we’re depressed.

Today, on Share & Let’s Live! I shared about ways that I’m beginning to take pressure of myself—how I’m “taking it easy” this month.
