Releasing Beliefs That Don’t Serve Us

So I had the cool opportunity to see a bicycle race. If I followed my habit of thought from the past, I definitely would’ve missed the most fun experience. Lately, I have been catching myself as I prepare to respond in the ways I always have. I pause to ask if that decision will lead to what I actually want and decide to choose to “act opposite” and do what will match my intentions for this phase of my life. So my default, “No. I can’t do that,” response has been evolving into a moment of pause where I really think about my answer and what I actually want to do.

On today’s episode I share about the experience and some of the lessons I gained along the way.

Check out today’s podcast. It’s a fun one.

Blessings!
