Sometimes we don’t really fully understand how we ended up in the mood that we’re in. Maybe everything was good and then all of a sudden you’re just in a bad mood and you don’t even notice when things changed.

So that happened to me today and it caught me off guard because I was in such a great place all day yesterday and this morning so I was just like what happened and it came back to me while I was sharing on the podcast.
So on this episode I share some tips that support me as a neurodivergent human and maybe some of these tips can be helpful to you as well if you sometimes struggle with focus or organization or getting things done or just being a little out of sorts with your emotions.
Check it out.
Blessings,
