Many of us view ourselves through the criticism and expectations that others have of us, that aren’t always positive. Many of us are insecure because we constantly view ourselves through the lens of those who didn’t see the good in us. However, many of us do have one person in our lives who did see the good, or we can imagine what we wish people saw in us (because we see it in us). We can choose to shift our view.
