I just went from wanting to be one of y’all to recognizing I AM THE ONE. I don’t need to fit. I don’t need approval. I don’t need to make myself small. I don’t need to hide. I don’t need to act less qualified. I don’t need to worry about your opinion. I don’t need to feel you know more than my inner knowing….

I’ve got a purpose. I’ve got things to share. I’ve got work to do. And I’m acknowledging that I’m the one to do it.

Next month’s podcast series is called….. (drumroll please)… #IAMTHE1 (I Am the One!). I’m super excited about. Today’s podcast is all about it and the journey to here.
