Today, I learned the hard way that when you’re using your imagination to manifest the ideal day, you have to envision the entire day. I envisioned the morning, the commute, and even pictured my parking space. ALL. OF. IT. HAPPENED. Fascinating!
You know what didn’t happen? The stuff I didn’t imagine.
I essentially left it up to chance. And if my day (after my short vision) taught me anything, I learned that if I don’t envision it, I get the default. And my default manifestations suck. So right after I ran out of vision, the bullsh*t started. And I was sitting there saying, “You’ve got to be effing kidding me.”
Many years ago my (late) mentor told me, “God’ll teach you a lesson in a way you won’t forget it.” And she was right. Today showed me VERY clearly, that if I want the most beautiful day, I cannot just envision a beautiful morning. I have to envision a WHOLE beautiful day from start to finish.
