Well… today is day 2 of this shift in focus. I’m calling it B.A.E. (Listen to the podcast to learn what it stands for.) And I’ll just say I had to remind myself that it takes 21 days to form a habit, and today was day TWO.

I know I always say that it’s a storytelling podcast (and it is), AND I teach some deep concepts… simply. I break stuff down so you can utilize it immediately. And in this episode, I teach some skills that will help you (and that are helping me… when I utilize them) to shift out of negative thought patterns….
This month, I am working on shifting out of habitual anxiety by being more self-aware. I hope that you’ll join me on this journey toward more bliss, peace, and ease (and no this is not what B.A.E. stands for, lol).
