When you’re feeling off, take a second to scan your body and reflect on the events of your day. Maybe there’s a nagging pain or tension that you’re not noticing. Maybe an interaction or thought is playing in the background of your mind.

Sometimes just pausing to see what’s going on is a huge step forward. Once we know, we can decide how we want to feel and how we will invest our time, energy, and focus to feel differently.
