On today’s podcast, I shared about the NEXT LEVEL traumatic experience I witnessed yesterday and how I showed up in my power to be a support to all those involved.
It was wild to see myself take a leadership role in a situation that had technically so little to do with me. I am so grateful that I was present and so grateful for my amazing daughter who stepped up first. I followed her lead.
After all was said and done, rather than celebrate my accomplishment, my strength, my fortitude, my leadership… Nah. I was picking apart the one thing that I did wrong and ruminating over the one thing that I wish I hadn’t left to someone else (even though it was THEIR JOB, not mine). I gave myself the hardest time and glossed over all the good I did.
