Coaching Options
Single Session
A single session is an ideal option for working through a temporary situation. You may simply need support to brainstorm possibilities and explore alternate perspectives. We’ll meet, just once, for 30 to 60 minutes.
3 Sessions
When you know it probably will take a few sessions, my 3 session option is great. This option allows you to schedule to meet with me 3 times (for 30 to 60 minutes) within 30 days.
6 Sessions
Are you big on personal development? If you want a companion on your self-empowerment journey. We’ll have six 30 to 60 minute sessions (once every other week for 3 months).
Not sure which session package to choose? Keep in mind that my Single Session, Inner Child Intro Session, & Inner Child Single Session offerings are great for introductory work—getting a feel for working with me, addressing small and temporary issues. They are not ideal or intended for deep work—bigger issues, deep wounds, trauma, etc. We won’t have enough time to responsibly unpack and work through deep issues during these sessions. Deeper issues take time and should not be rushed. For deeper, more painful issues, please consider my 6 sessions and 12 sessions offerings.

12 Sessions
Ready to uplevel your personal growth? Book 12 sessions with me to work one-on-one on your self-empowerment goal. We’ll meet for 12 (30 to 60 minute) sessions over a 3 month period.
* Inner Child Intro Session
I’m super excited to now offer inner child coaching sessions. I’m so excited that *for a limited time I’m offering these introductory, 30-minute sessions for only $50!!! If you’re new to inner child work, this one-on-one session will help you get started.
This 30 minute call is an introduction to inner child work. It is a great opportunity to see how it works and to gain insights on a *small current issue.

Inner Child Single Session
Are you already familiar with inner child work, but need support in working through some old beliefs? Do you need a guide on your journey of inner child healing? Book this session with me so I can join you on this beautiful journey. We’ll meet once for 60 minutes. You can always book more sessions as needed in the future.
