I am a Udemy instructor and creator of the empowering communication course for parents, Healing Our Families: Healing the Parent-Child Relationship. In this 6-week course, I teach parents how to remove barriers and build bridges of communication with their children. I am now offering my course in two formats: online and in-person.
Empowerment is my passion. I don’t just talk at my audience. No boring speeches. We connect. Participants are engaged. My workshops are interactive. We grow together. We learn together. We are transformed together.

S.I.S.T.A.™ Girls Empowerment Workshops
Purpose: to empower middle school and high school girls in the areas of self-esteem, peer pressure, and academic excellence
Although I speak to all genders, I specialize in girls empowerment. There is a certain energy and honesty that fills the room and allows girls to feel safe to be themselves. We have powerful conversations about insecurities and self-worth, self-esteem and forgiveness. Our talks are both vulnerable and healing and it’s so beautiful to see how the girls come together as S.I.S.T.A.S.
My workshops are far from boring. They are interactive. I don’t stand at the front of the room and drone on while participants doze off and scroll social media. I keep participants engaged. All (even the most “I don’t want to be here”) participants eagerly engage and we have a phenomenal, transformative experience. We all grow together. It’s beautiful to witness.
