What is FCKIT-FEB?

FCKIT-FEB is a paid monthly subscription membership. This optional offer is for people who want to support the work of Marlene Dillon Empowerment Specialist and gain access to exclusive content (for example, podcasts, discounts, one-of-a-kind creations, etc.). At present, membership costs a only $15/month.

How much is the monthly membership?

$15 each month (renews automatically)

What does “renews automatically” mean?

Rather than have to come back every month on a certain date and purchase your membership again, whatever payment method you’ve chosen will be charged for the $15 each month to keep your membership subscription active.

What is your refund policy?

NO REFUNDS. If you choose to cancel your subscription for any reason, your payment will not be returned to you. Also, if you intend to cancel your subscription, please do so BEFORE the next monthly billing date or you will be charged. Cancelling your subscription ahead of time is your responsibility and by purchasing this monthly subscription you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and awareness for recurring payments until you officially cancel. Am I giving Marlene my credit card information?

No. Not at all. All I receive is your payment. I do not receive the credit/debit card information you submit, or see the form/responses you fill in to process your payment. The only info I receive is who signed up and your email address. All the financial information is processed by WordPress via Stripe, to ensure your safety and that your payment is processed securely. Stripe is who Amazon, Shopify, Instacart, Google and many others use to process payments. Learn more about how Stripe securely processes payments.

What do I get for my monthly payment?

Being a monthly subscriber is a gift to me. As a thank you, I offer paid subscribers access to my growing library of exclusive content that is available to members only. This content may include podcast episodes, songwriting, blog posts, options to preorder/pre-register for upcoming products and events, and more.

Why get the membership when I can listen for free?

That’s a great question. You’re right. There are hundreds of free episodes and tons of blog posts that anyone can access for free on my Blog and Podcast pages. And by all means please check those out. Exclusive membership is for people who primarily want to support me and my work through a monthly financial commitment. It’s for people who appreciate the empowering content that I put out into the world and who want to support my work in a monetary way. If you’ve followed my work for a while you may know that I am a single mom who is unlearning and releasing limiting beliefs around giving and not receiving, and feeling okay about charging for my work. I want to sign up, but the monthly fee is out of my budget?

I actually thought about this a lot, and I know business coaches are probably not gonna like this… But I don’t want to contribute to your financial strain. I’m here to inspire, uplift, support, encourage and empower, not to cause you additional stress. If you are unable to pay the full $15/month, what can you afford? When you tap any of the Subscribe buttons a payment option will open. If you look through the fields to fill in, you’ll see one labeled “Amount.” I’ve set it where you can adjust that amount up or down for a number you are able to pay consistently every month. Your card will be charged this set amount monthly as your membership fee, until you cancel your subscription.

What’s the fine print?

You’ll see this at the bottom of the payment window when you tap Subscribe.
